Product Description

•  Dismountable pontoons. Small dredgers  have 3 dismountable pontoons while the bigger one will have 5 pontoons(according to the customer's request, convinent for tansporting).

•  Dredge pump installed inboard and directly driven by diesel engine through a reduction gearbox. The pump is mounted on a heavy duty bearing block. Submerged pump can be supplied as an option.

•  Cutter head is hydraulic driven. Electric drive through reduction gearbox and long shaft with intermediate bearings is optional. Also different power ratings are available.

•  Two anchor booms can be suplied as an option in the front of the cutter suction dredger for relocating the anchors during dredge and mining operations.

•  Each dredger is equipped with three winches. One winch for hoisting the cutter ladder. Two winches for the side pull. The side pull winches are mounted on the front of the main pontoon.

•  Two dredge spuds are provided at the back of dredger for positioning the dredger during operation. Two hydraulic cylinders are mounted on the deck for hoisting the cylinder.
